I wasn't sure what to expect when I met Taylor for the first time which was on one of the hottest days in New York City at a sweat lodge called Shape House (sincerest thanks to Ashley Park for sweat on a sweaty day).

I’m currently a Swing in the Broadway cast of The Book of Mormon and loving every minute of it. I’m a newbie to New York City, having just graduated this past spring of 2017 from Elon University’s Music Theatre program.

Amanda posted a photo, maybe a year ago, wearing the You Are Enough tank, and it was the first time I saw this lovely, lovely, sweet BEing. We finally met and soul sister sparks flew as we exchanged stories and history. Our afternoon culminated in an outpouring of admiration for each other; what a gift to meet a matching open heart.

I met Sharone at an event for The Band's Visit where I first felt and heard the heartbeat of this beautiful show. You could feel the pulse of everyone's passion for bringing a new story to Broadway- a new ethnicity to Broadway. Sharone shared with me her excitement and pride for representing her lineage on stage for the first time and immediately I knew her Fit for Broadway story would include a deeper narrative of her roots.

We recently learned from our therapist expert, Dr. Anna Yusim that sweat clears negative energy and emotional blocks on top of making our bodies feel super powerful and fresh.

I've been lucky enough to break bread and share stories with these sweet souls on a few occasions (most notably, an epic harvest dinner and the FFB podcast, featuring Nick and his passion for food). They are currently covering the Russian territories on Broadway in The Great Comet and Anastasia.

You know when the universe helps you collide with people who vibe on your exact wavelength... well, that happened with Kathryn. I feel so grateful for the FFB interviews that have turned into amazing bonds of friendship and definitely felt the seed planted when I first met Kathryn. She's a serious sunbeam and sharing with an open heart today about her journey to Broadway.
