“The most meaningful moment was the quote “Feel your feelings” because since I was young, I thought showing emotions, especially sadness, made you weak. I thought this because of how our society defines what it is to be a man, in that men don’t cry, but this quote was an excellent reminder that as actors, we need to be able to be vulnerable and feel things deeply, and we need this ability as humans as well.”
